Shipping and Delivery

We are proud to offer convenient international shipping and delivery services at competitive rates to our customers Worldwide.  Shipping fees and delivery time may vary based on your shipping zone and order volume.

If goods are not available , we will inform if it is seasonal goods that will not be repeated , or if can be repeated , estimated arrival time.

All cut lengths purchases will be shipped out from our central storehouse in Singapore.

SINGAPORE

  • Delivery times are estimated 1 to 2 working days delivery period for any item that is available in stock. 

INTERNATIONAL (REST OF THE WORLD) 

  • We send through Fedex , DHL , TNT or SF express.
  • Delivery times are estimated 2 to 7 days working days for light parcel that is less than 10kg. The actual delivery period varies country to country and subjected to variables such as  custom clearance and delays that are not within our control.
  • All parcels will include a tracking number that will be emailed to you once your item had shipped. (Please note: Not all countries provide a tracking number).
  • We will monitor your parcels for timely arrival. Should there be any delay , please email to us and we will expedite through correspondences and liason with our courier counterparts.
  • Prices does not include shipping , handling cost , import duties, taxes and brokerage fees . Any additional fees if incurred ,will be collected upon delivery from carriers for certain packages and are the recipient's responsibility.  
  • Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. 

Returns & Defects Notifications

  • Due to the nature of fabrics bring cut to customized and specific measurements , we are not able to accomodate returns or exchange.
  • Please notify us at sales@eurocloth.com if there is mistake of item/items sent or product defects with photos within 7days of delivery.
